While we take great care in food preparation and handling, we work with a wide variety of ingredients. As such, there is always a risk of cross-contamination, and we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely allergen-free. 

We maintain close relationships with our suppliers to ensure we receive accurate, up-to-date information about the products we use. This helps us stay informed and vigilant when it comes to potential allergens. 

To support this, our sites use Allergen & Recipe Cards to help ensure the accuracy of allergen information and to account for any changes in supplier specifications. 

Detailed information about the 14 legally recognised allergens is available in our restaurant. Veggie/ Vegan Statement: 

We’re committed to offering Vegetarian and Vegan options wherever possible. However, please note that these items may not be entirely ‘free-from’ allergens due to manufacturer ingredients and the possibility of cross-contact in our kitchen. 

We aim to provide a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, but due to the layout of our kitchen, some items may come into contact or proximity with non-vegetarian or non-vegan foods.
